Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Plans described on this site are month to month; specific scope, pricing, and terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. One company per trade per metro is honored for active, paying engagements.

Free audits and profile grades are provided as-is, for your information. They reflect what we can observe from public data at the time of review.

Intellectual property

Site content, the ArmaSEO name, and our materials belong to us. Work product created for clients is addressed in the client agreement.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
