These terms govern your use of armaseo.com, operated by ArmaSEO. By using the site you accept them. They work together with our privacy policy and cookie policy. Last updated July 2026.

The site

Content on this site is general information about our services, not professional advice for your specific situation. Market figures are sourced where cited (Google Ads, EIA, SEIA, NOAA, APVI, the Clean Energy Regulator); anything that is an illustration or sample is labeled as one. We work to keep information current but do not guarantee it is error-free.

Services

Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Plans described on this site are month to month; specific scope, pricing, and terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. One company per trade per metro is honored for active, paying engagements. Search rankings depend on third parties we do not control, so no specific ranking outcome is guaranteed; what we commit to is the work, the measurement, and honest reporting.

Free tools and audits

Free audits and profile grades are provided as-is, for your information, based on what we can observe from public data at the time of review. They create no obligation on either side.

Communications

If you submit a form, we will contact you about your enquiry. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and always include an unsubscribe link. Scheduling a call through the embedded scheduler is also subject to Calendly’s terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at abusive rates, submit forms with false identities, or interfere with other visitors’ use. We may block traffic that does any of this.

Intellectual property

Site content, the ArmaSEO name, and our materials belong to us. Client logos and review text appear with permission of their owners and remain theirs. Work product created for clients is addressed in the client agreement.

Third-party links and embeds

Links to external sites (such as data sources and our Google profile) and embedded tools are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (the site is free, so that amount is nil). Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits the terms of a signed client agreement, which prevails for client relationships.
